Founded in Rockford, Illinois in 1929, the division is now a driving force behind the success of the Haldex Group. To meet the demands of today's global market, Hydraulic Systems Division has product engineering support located at all four manufacturing locations-Rockford, Illinois, Statesville, North Carolina, Hof, Germany and Skånes Fagerhult, Sweden. The Haldex Barnes Rockford facility employs 390, including corporate staff and sales and marketing personnel. Statesville employs 135. Hof and Skånes Fagerhult employ 110 and 65, respectively.
