Monarch Industries ACE Series

ACE Series centrifugal pumps
Compact close coupled electric motor driven utility pumps. Rugged Cast iron casings with plastic or cast iron impellers.
POWER - 3600 RPM, single and three phase; square flange, C-face and JM motors.
PORTS - For air bleeding when priming; for draining to prevent frost damage.
SHAFT FLINGER - Combined with large drain hole in adapter bracket prevents moisture from damaging bearings.
SEAL: Standard Buna with carbon-ceramic mechanical seal, for use in temperatures to 160°F. High temperature Viton seal available extra, for over 160°F. Now standard on ACE series, 1/3 to 2HP with cast iron impellers.
CASING: Cast gray iron, thick wall.
IMPELLER: The ACE-S Series up to 2 HP has an enclosed glass-filled Noryl impeller, providing a smooth surface for high efficiency. This material offers extremely high resistance to corrosion and abrasion. The 3 and 5 HP models and ACE series use cast gray iron impellers.

BSE Series centrifugal pumps
These close coupled electric motor driven, utility pumps have a large rugged cast iron casing for fast self priming. The BSE series provides a cast iron impeller and standard Buna shaft seal, for water pumping.

 
Monarch Industries BSEF Series

BSEF Series centrifugal pumps
These self priming cast iron pumps are designed to handle liquid fertilizer, also excellent for general dewatering purposes.
CASING - Made of rugged cast iron with a large chamber for rapid self priming. This makes the casing self cleaning and facilitates long life.
PRIMING PLUG - Fits the standard garden hose for easy priming.
MOTOR - The BSEF pump comes with a reliable A.O. Smoth or Baldor motor. Motors range from ¾ to 7½ HP. ¾ to 2 HP models use higher than NEMA service factor dual compartment motors. 1½ HP and larger motors are TEFC.
IMPELLER - Semi-open, cast iron impeller, ideal for handling fertilizer, dirty water or other liquids. The impeller is blind hole tapped so liquid will not corrode the engine shaft.
MECHANICAL SEAL - Made of stainless steel with viton bellows. The BSEF-500 and BSEF-750 have a replaceable stainless steel sleeve for easy seal maintenance and protection of motor shaft.

EPE Series centrifugal pumps
End suction centrifugal pumps, JM frame (3-15 HP).
POWER - 3600 RPM, single and three phase; JM motors.
PORTS - For air bleeding when priming; for draining to prevent frost damage.
SHAFT FLINGER - Combined with large drain hole in adapter bracket prevents moisture from damaging bearings.
SEAL - Viton with carbon-ni-resist mechanical seat for use in temperatures to 200°F. John Crane type 2.
CASING - Ductile Iron. 250 PSI maximum working pressure.
IMPELLER - Bronze impeller (iron available).
O-RING CASING SEAL - For positive seal and ease of service.
