Brand Hydraulics hand pumps

Brand Hydraulics hand pumps come in three basic models HP121DA, HP61DA and HP22SA. Each one of these hand pumps comes with a relief that can be adjusted manually to suit the customer's requirements. Brand has also redesigned the outlet check seat for zero leakage. The zero leak seat was created by utilizing an o'ring seal to replace the steel ball seal. The NT (no tank) option does not have a tank, pressure relief and release valve. To use the NT option the customer must connect the inlet of the hand pump to an external reservoir (external reservoir is not supplied by Brand). The TL (2 in. tank) option has a small tank, pressure relief and release valve. To use the TL option the customer must connect the fill port on the tank to an external reservoir (external reservoir is not supplied by Brand). When mounting the NT or TL option, the hand pump should be placed below the fluid level of the external reservoir.

Stainless Steel Piston

HP22SA hydraulic hand pumps- have a single-acting piston that can pump 0.20 in3 per full cycle. The term single-acting means that the piston only pumps fluid when the handle is pulled away from the pump. The piston does not displace fluid when the handle is pushed towards the pump. The pressure rating is higher then the HP121DA because it takes less force to displace the smaller surface area of the piston. This hand pump is typically used in applications that require low volume displacement and high pressure.

HP61DA hydraulic hand pumps - have a double-acting piston that can pump 0.60 in3 per full cycle. The term double-acting means that the piston pumps fluid when the handle is pushed and pulled. The pressure rating is higher then the HP121DA because it takes less force to displace the piston. This hand pump is typically used in applications that require medium volume displacement and medium pressure.

HP121DA hydraulic hand pumps - have a large double-acting piston that can pump 1.20 in3 per full cycle. The term double-acting means that the piston pumps fluid when the handle is pushed and pulled. The pressure rating is lower then the HP22SA and HP61DA because it takes a greater amount of force to displace a piston that has a large surface area. This hand pump is typically used in applications that require high volume displacement and lower pressure.

Enerpac Light Weight hydraulic hand pumps

Reservoir Capacity: 20-155 in³.
Flow at Rated Pressure: 0.055-0.15 in³/stroke.
Maximum Operating Pressure: 10,000 PSI.
Features: Light weight and compact design hydraulic hand pumps. Durable glass-filled nylon reservoir and nylon encapsulated aluminum pump base for maximum corrosion resistance. Two-speed operation (certain models) reduces handle strokes by as much as 78% over single speed hand pumps. Lower handle effort to minimize operator fatigue. Integral 4-way valve on P-842 for operation of double acting cylinders. Handle lock and light weight construction for easy carrying. Large oil capacities to power a wide range of cylinders or tools. Non-conductive fiberglass handle for operator safety. Internal pressure relief valve for overload protection.
 

Enerpac Steel hydraulic hand pumps

Reservoir Capacity: 40-453 in³.
Flow at Rated Pressure: 0.16-0.29 in³/stroke.
Maximum Operating Pressure: 10,000 PSI.
Features: Two-speed operation for reduced operator fatigue (except P-39). External load release valve for single-acting cylinder operation (4-way valving on P-84 and P-464 models for operation of double acting cylinders). Internal pressure relief valves for overload protection. Large oil capacities to power a wide range of cylinders or tools.
 

Enerpac Low Pressure / High Flow hydraulic hand pumps

Reservoir Capacity: 18-200 in³.
Flow at Rated Pressure: 0.16-1.55 in³/stroke.
Operating Pressure: 1305-5000 PSI.
Features: P Series: Bi-directional pumping on P-25 and P-50 models allows operation on both handle strokes. External load release valve. Internal pressure relief valve for overload protection.
