The Aeroquip ProCrimp™ 1380 hydraulic hose crimper crimps all your
hose needs up to and including -20 SAE100R12 hose styles and the
popular MatchMate Plus™ hoses and fittings. The ProCrimp 1380 is
electronically controlled to give fast, accurate crimps the first
time and every time you need a hose assembly. The electronic keypad
is easy to adjust, with up to 10 programmable crimp settings. For
hose styles and sizes used less frequently simply enter the 3 digit
code of that hose. The ProCrimp 1380 comes complete with a standard
power unit from ENERPAC®, a name, like Aeroquip, which is synonymous
with quality, worldwide.
Production Capacity: All Aeroquip® MatchMate Plus™ braided
and spiral hose through -20 size. Flat field crimp thru -16. Barrel
field crimp thru -20. Flat single skive 1 & 2-wire braid crimp thru
-20. Flat single skive 4-wire spiral crimp thru -16.
Unit will not crimp: Internal skive fittings. Hose that
requires a positive stop, including the following Aeroquip® hoses:
2807, 2808, FC186, FC465, FC469, FC505.
Electrical Requirements: 115-Volt AC single phase (50/60)Hz
circuit with a minimum of 15 amps.
