Tamperproof adjustment key is standard. Knurled knob is optional.
Locknut is standard. Application: Controlled flow in both directions. Flow
adjustment can be made under pressure. Setting can be locked with
locknut. Brass valves for use in pneumatic systems and lower
pressure hydraulic systems. Steel valves for use in hydraulic
systems. Pressure ratings in tables are for non-shock service. Materials: Body: Available in Brass, carbon steel or
stainless steel. Needle: Brass on brass valves, 416 stainless steel
on steel and stainless steel valves. Backup Washer: Teflon®. Knob:
Aluminum. Tamper proof Key: Cadmium plated steel.

For Hydraulic (To 100 GPM) & Pneumatic Service Features: Color coding and numerical readout allow positive,
precise and repeatable settings. Can be accurately adjusted within a
small fraction of a turn (one full turn per color). Metal knob and
stem for durability. Application: Controlled flow in both directions. Flow
adjustment can be made under pressure. Setting can be locked with
set screw. Brass valves for use in pneumatic systems and lower
pressure hydraulic systems. Steel valves for use in hydraulic
systems. Pressure ratings in tables are for non-shock service. Materials: Body: Available in Brass, carbon steel or
stainless steel (1" size available in naval bronze or ductile iron).
Needle: Brass on brass valves, stainless steel on steel and
stainless steel valves. O-Ring: Viton® is standard (other materials
available). Washer Seal: Teflon®. Knob: Aluminum.

316 stainless steel hardened stem. Black polyethylene bonnet cap.
Yellow cast aluminum handle (1/8 - 1/2 sizes). Yellow malleable iron
handle (3/4-1 sizes). Grafiflex packing. Maximum Operating Pressure: 10,000 PSI. (Minimum burst
pressure is 20,000 PSI). Operating Temperature Range: -100°F to 500°F.
