Monarch Industries EP Series

EP Series centrifugal pumps
The EP Series end suction centrifugal pumps are of a rugged cast iron design. Suitable for a wide variety of markets including irrigation, industrial, commercial and marine. These pumps are engineered to provide you with long reliable service.
CASING - Ductile iron casing with reinforcing ribs for higher working pressures and greater resistance to water hammer.
IMPELLER - Vacuum cast bronze impeller provides smooth flow passages for improved performance. Cast iron impellers are also available. All impellers are dynamically balanced, with hydraulic balancing included on larger models.
SEALS - Frame mount and JP motor driven pumps are available with either gland packing or single, double or tungsten carbide mechanical seals. JM motor driven pumps are available with single or tungsten carbide mechanical seals only. All seals are equipped standard with stainless steel springs and retainers.
SHAFT SLEEVE - Stainless steel with O-ring seal, for maximum protection against shaft corrosion.
WEAR RINGS - Provided in all pumps to prolong casing life and to allow close tolerances for improved efficiency.
SUCTION FLANGE - On all pumps for simple piping connection. A complete line of companion flanges are available to convert suction to NPT if required.
DISCHARGE FLANGE - On all models. Discharge may be rotated to eight different positions to better suit your exact requirements.
ELECTRIC MOTOR DRIVEN - Close coupled JP motors in ODP or TEFC for a compact, economical design. JM motors up to 15 HP.
FRAME MOUNT - Heavy duty bearing frame allows for belt or coupling drive, with bearings sized for improved life. A variety of frames are available for each pump, allowing you to tailor the pump to your needs.

Monarch Industries NT Series

NH & NTSeries centrifugal pumps
The Monarch NT & NH series of frame mounted end suction centrifugal pumps are ideal for booster, circulator, and agricultural irrigation systems where either belt & pulley drive, or direct drive through a flex coupling is required
CASING - The Monarch N series end suction centrifugal pumps are constructed using a thick walled cast iron casing, for maximum durability in high-pressure application. The back pull-out design allows for easy access to the impeller without disturbing the suction and discharge piping.
IMPELLER - Cast iron, enclosed type for maximum efficiency, all are dynamically balanced. Largest units are hydraulically balanced to ensure smooth vibration free performance and to prevent excessive thrust loads on the electric motor bearings. Impeller diameters can be trimmed to suit various applications.
SEAL - All pumps are available with a mechanical seal or gland packing. Mechanical seals are self lubricating and have Buna-N bellows with brass and stainless steel hardware. Gland packing is graphite impregnated and requires grease. Some larger models are available with double mechanical seals.
BRONZE WEAR RINGS - Easily replaceable, they insure close tolerances for maximum efficiency. Included in all pumps.
FRAME - NT Rugged cast iron construction provides stability with either belt or coupling drives, while heavy duty single and double row ball bearings allow a minimum of shaft deflection. Shaft is made from one piece, high strength stress proof steel.
HOUSING - NH Made of rugged cast iron, designed to bolt directly onto the engine, with flywheel housings ranging from SAE4 to SAE2, depending upon model or pump.
