| Hydraulic Supply celebrated its third GRAND OPENING in as many months. Under the sales savvy of Nelson Reinhard, VP of Sales and Engineering, five teams of two blitzed the Savannah Market for three full days. The teams (consisting of Eric Squires, John Conger, Joel Seehafer, Charles Stafford, John McIntosh, and Greg Melby) were also assisted by Eaton team members Bob Tripp and Frank Zust as well as Permco salesman Johnny B. A record number of calls were made by this group totaling 425. | |

| Along the way we learned that one of our competitors was putting together a last minute customer appreciation on the same day at the same time……Similar to the last time the Miami Hurricanes played the Florida Gators in Football, the score was pretty one sided, HSC 175 / competitor 20. | |

| As a grand prize, HSC raffled off a full day’s fishing charter and that along with Danny Hamlin’s (2006 NASCAR rookie of the year) and a good ol’ fashion barbecue brought them in by the droves. Mike McKay and Dave Colson had our store G.O.L.D. (grand opening look daily). Now comes the easy part, serve the customers and build the business. | |
