Chattanooga Grand Opening

Chattanooga has LOTS OF HISTORY and attractions, from the famous CHOO CHOO, to LOOK OUT MOUNTAIN but yesterday the curious came to OUR NEWEST RETAIL STORE by the droves.

In typical HSC style, we celebrated our 19th store's grand opening with great success. After two days of blitzing the market with the efforts of Nelson Reinhard (grand master of SALES and customer relations) and seven of our salesman (Charles Stafford, Joel Seehafer, John McIntosh, Greg Melby, Joe Howard, Travis Rouse and Chris Whittle) we had 212 customers out to have some barbecue lunch and snap some pictures with the #20 Tony Stewart, Home Depot NASCAR.

Helping in the efforts from Eaton were Bob Tripp, Frank Zust and Steve Hargett and Shannon Melton. I gotta tell ya, the customers were extremely excited that we were in town and truly believe that Howard Ayers and Frank Hardy are about to be EXTREMELY busy.

A special thanks goes out to Nina Saville for all the behind the scenes efforts to make this GRAND OPENING A GREAT SUCCESS.

NOW IT'S ON TO MARIETTA GA for our next store which starts to set on MONDAY.

Sincerely,

John Serra
Vice President, Retail
