January 2008 HSC Sales Meeting

On January 24th 2008, the HSC team including all Outside Salesman,
Customer Service team leads, Store Managers, Repair Managers and
Engineers, gathered in Sunrise FL, to begin the 2008 Sales
CAMPAIGN….The theme of this year’s campaign is FOOTBALL. With the
Patriots seeking an unparalleled accomplishment and the “G-MEN”
peaking at the right time, the only known outcome was that this
SUPER BOWL was going to be one for the ages. AT HSC we gathered the
team and presented the need for unity of thought, practice and
execution. In today’s economy it’s imperative that the team know the
plays and execute them perfectly. |

To bring further unity within the markets, Luis Abellon, President,
announced a restructuring of responsibilities for Nelson Reinhard
and John Serra. Where previously Nelson was responsible for all
Sales and Engineering efforts and John was responsible for Store
Operations, now each has responsibility for all aspects of given
markets (store operations, sales and repair). Nelson has the North,
including Operations in Chattanooga, TN, all of Ga and Jax, Orlando
and Daytona. John has the same responsibility for the South,
including Tampa/Clearwater , Lakeland down to the Keys. |
