HSC ready to WELCOME in 2012!

For the personal consumer, a laptop is outdated in 6 months and a phone in 3 months! Steve Jobs refused to add anything less than MIND-BLOWING to his vision of the IPAD and here at HSC we are taking the best practices and technologies available to WOW our Customers in 2012!

Here are some of the things being implemented and rolled out to kick-off 2012:

  • We are placing more emphasis on technology for the purpose of both faster response to Customer´s needs and to keep the pulse of how we are doing always in front of us. Adding wireless capabilities to many of our stores will allow our Customers to be more productive while their orders are being fulfilled. Some of our stores will be testing a survey Kiosk. Using this tool, Customers will be able to provide feedback on their experience, watch instructional and promotional videos as well as view our Sunrise Distribution Center live.
  • Our Territory Salesman will have IPAD´s to provide immediate information to our customers. We realize the power of information and that Customers are more sophisticated today and acceptable response times continue to shrink.
  • 2012 Catalogs are in house! We have our catalog live on the web, via disc, and in hard copy. Get with your Territory Salesman today to see the expanded inventory selection at HSC!
  • Fresh eyes in Regions- Nelson Reinhard currently VP of the Northern Region and John Serra, VP of the Southern Region are swapping Territories. This is a common practice at GM, Toyota and many world class operations. It brings new ideas, new perspective and more team building.
