4247 Solstice

Description & Features

Designed for truck and trailer air brake systems, the 4247 Solstice is a -4 dash size extruded polyamide alloy airbrake tube rated for use in auxiliary air systems and formed harness assemblies, both straight and shaped configurations. The non-conductive construction is UV-stabilized to hold up under prolonged outdoor exposure, with a minimum bend radius of 1 inch and a rated operating range beginning at -40°F.

Built from high-quality proprietary blended nylon materials, this yellow-jacketed tubing carries premium abrasion resistance and is compatible with Aeroquip Qcab qualified fittings. It meets SAE J1131, SAE J844, and SAE J2494-3 standards, with full compliance to DOT FMVSS 106, making it suitable for regulated commercial vehicle air brake applications. Markings are applied via ink jet lay line.
