Experienced Inventory Manager with demonstrated success as a model, coach, and leader. Do you 4 years experience managing an inventory/purchasing function revolving around order fulfillment, logistics, and replacement parts sales within industrial setting? Have you analyzed business needs and developed and implemented processes to achieve established goals? Ideal candidate has strong analytical problem solving abilities, BA/BS in business/related field, exp with EDI and TQM, proficiency in Excel, Word, and Access, MS/MBA and CPM a plus.
Requirements:
5 years prior experience as Inventory Manager in a distribution environment along with 5 years managing people.
CPM preferred.
BA/BS in related field and MS/MBA preferred.

Hydraulic Supply - Retail & Repair

Store Manager, Pompano Beach FL
Dynamic, experienced manager with excellent customer service skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. Ideal candidate will have proven ability to successfully run a retail operation including people management, inventory management, and profitability focus. Ability to collaborate with the sales group and grow the business is essential. AS or BS in business or related field a plus. Quarterly incentive program if your store grows!
Requirements:
1-2 years prior HSC experience preferred.
High School Diploma / GED.
Basic knowledge of fluid power and hose assembly experience.
College degree (Associates or Bachelor's), vocational, or technical training preferred.
Supervisory or management experience preferred.
Industrial Hydraulic Technician Fluid Power Certification required within one year of hire date.

Hydraulic Supply - Sales & Engineering

Ideal candidate will have proven problem solving skills in an order fulfillment/call center type of environment including people management, inventory control, and profitability focus. Ability to collaborate with other work groups and grow the business is essential. AS or BS in business or related field a plus. MS Office proficiency required.
Requirements:
3-5 years prior experience in managing customer service/inside sales representatives.
BS/BA in Business or related field.

Hydraulic Supply - Support

Credit Manager, Sunrise FL
Experienced Credit Manager with demonstrated success as a model, coach, and leader. Performs functions to manage credit and collection operations. Oversees processing of accounts receivable, credit memorandums and corrective billings. Communicates with customers to resolve problems and delinquent accounts. Approves or denies customer credit requests. Establishes credit limits for new accounts and relates customer credit experience to outside sources.
Requirements:
4 years experience in collection or accounts receivable.
1-3 years experience managing people.
BS/BA in related field preferred.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
