  • Retail Sales Representative - Naples, FL
    Mechanically inclined customer service person interested in learning a trade and seeking steady long term employment needed! Ideal candidate will have ability to meet and greet customers with outgoing attitude and strong customer service skills. Candidate will learn fluid power sales and how to fabricate and assemble hydraulic hoses to factory specifications using various hand tools and shop equipment. Experience preferred but not required. Ability to collaborate with the sales group and grow the business is essential. Vocational training preferred. Quarterly incentive program if your store grows!

  • Management Trainee - Sunrise, FL
    We are looking for entrepreneurial type college graduates who are seeking a professional career opportunity with a growth-oriented company. This candidate must possess a strong work ethic and drive to succeed. Through our training program, incumbent will be introduced to all aspects of company operations including customer service, purchasing, inventory, pricing, credit, warehouse, retail, and repair where extensive product knowledge will be acquired in a short period of time. Proficiency with MS Office Suite is vital. Ideal candidate is energetic, intelligent, capable, driven, and a career-minded individual. Performance, forward-thinking, and attitude determine the course and speed of career path. Essential character traits include analytical problem solver, detail oriented, positive attitude, a passion for quality and providing value, self-starter, the ability to learn quickly, and eager to take on a new challenge.

    Requirements:
    • BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Distribution.

  • Customer Service Manager - Sunrise, FL
    Experienced Customer Service Manager with demonstrated success as a model, coach, and leader. The Customer Services Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service for all internal and external customers. Also, for the day-to-day management of the entire customer service experience as perceived by all customers, both internal and external. Communicates with customers to resolve problems and delinquent accounts. Approves or denies customer credit requests. Establishes credit limits for new accounts and relates customer credit experience to outside sources. Do you have prior experience with developing and training customer service reps and building relationships to effectively utilize workforce strengths? Have you analyzed business needs and developed and implemented processes to achieve established sales goals?

    Requirements:
    • 5 years prior experience as Customer Service Manager in a distribution environment and 5 years people management.
    • Certifications and BA/BS in business or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience in same position maybe substituted for education.
    • Valid driver´s license and acceptable driving record.
    • MS Office proficiency required.
    • Fluid power certification required within one year of the hire date.

Industrial Global Sales

  • Sales Contractor - Colombia
    Experienced, motivated sales specialist for our Industrial Global Sales Division. This position requires at least 3 years selling experience in industrial sales or commercial products, BA/BS in Business/Engineering or related field, and Bilingual (Spanish required). Primary responsibilities include: growing business in assigned territories by finding new opportunities and/or working with our existing partners, and providing guidance and support to existing channels. Ideal candidate will have sales experience in Latin America. This position requires 30% to 50% Travel within South America, valid passport, valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

    Requirements:
    • 3-5 years selling experience preferably in industrial or commercial products, valid passport, valid driver´s license and acceptable driving record.
    • Experience in International Sales desirable.
    • Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish) required.
    • BA/BS in Business/Engineering or related field.
    • Fluid power certification required within one year of the hire date.

  • Sales Manager - Sunrise, FL
    Ideal candidate will have experience supervising an inside sales group, providing customer service strategy and support for a sales territory, developing and implementing marketing initiatives, and coordinating efforts with overseas affiliates.

    Primary responsibilities are to grow the relationships/partnerships with our major vendors, identify and develop new products and services for existing customers, and grow sales by adding new markets. Support and enable the Industrial Global Sales work group by sourcing, developing, maintaining, and servicing overseas markets. Provide customer service strategy and support for territory. Assess market conditions. Formulate sales objectives, policies, and advertising programs designed to achieve maximum sales volume and profit goals. Analyze and prepare sales forecasts and reports.

    Requirements:
    • 5 to 7 years selling experience in industrial sales or commercial products.
    • BA/BS in Engineering, Marketing or related field.
    • Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish) required.
    • 30% -50% foreign travel required.
