What Happens During Service
Our comprehensive 19-point inspection protocol ensures every critical component of your FT-1380 crimper is evaluated for peak performance and safety.
The FT-1380 maintenance program is designed to bring machines back to proper working condition through inspection, service, and calibration, helping extend the life of equipment that would otherwise become unreliable or inconsistent in operation.
*Disclaimer: Fixed pricing for crimper maintenance assumes no major problems found. Items such as broken tie rods, worn or damaged crimp ring, or damaged pusher may result in a higher price. Freight charges are customer's responsibility.
Components Checked
Critical components such as the cylinder, valve, crimp ring, pusher, hoses, and pump are checked.
Calibrated & Accurate
Electrical items including switches, sensors, capacitors, keypad, and control electronics are inspected, and the machine is cleaned, tested, and calibrated before being returned to service.

Freight Handled
Freight arrangements for transporting the crimping machine are handled completely separately from the service.
