24 Hour Emergency Hydraulic Hose Repair Services
Our fully equipped mobile service vehicles arrive fast to get your
equipment up and running. We specialize in on-site hose assembly,
tube bending, and troubleshooting for hydraulic and pneumatic
systems across all industries.
On-Site Hydraulic Hose Repair — We Come to You
Our on-site hydraulic hose repair service is built for equipment that cannot be transported. We handle field repairs for construction equipment, agricultural machinery, industrial presses, logging equipment, and any application where hydraulic downtime means lost production time.
On-site service includes: hydraulic hose fabrication and replacement, hydraulic line repair, fitting inspection and replacement, and basic system pressure checks. For larger rebuilds or cylinder work, see our hydraulic repair service.
Mobile Hydraulic Line Repair and Fitting Assembly
Mobile hydraulic line repair covers hard line and soft hose replacements in the field. Our technicians carry SAE and metric fittings, JIC, NPT, ORFS, and BSP configurations, and standard hose ratings from 1/4" through 2" in common pressure ranges. If you have a failed line and do not know the spec, our technicians can identify and match it on-site.
Hydraulic Supply Co. also provides mobile hose assembly services for scheduled maintenance, fleet upfitting, and pre-season equipment prep. Contact your local branch to discuss recurring service options.
