| We have an experienced staff of engineers dedicated to the fluid power industry. We have electrical engineers, mechanical engineers and experienced fluid power associates for designing your complete system. We have technical support available with certified fluid power engineers to further assist you with technical needs. Our work is properly documented with cad drawings, bill of materials, recommended spare parts lists, maintenance and repair manuals. Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting training is available. |

| Our customer service group communicates in English and Spanish. We are used to dealing with the issues important to exporters and customers in Latin America. We have a large inventory and our central distribution center is just 35 minutes from Miami's International airport. |
| Counter, Retail and Local Sales |
| We carry a large and growing selection of inventory at 14 locations in Florida, 6 in Georgia and 1 in Tennessee to support your same day local needs. We make hose assemblies, tube assemblies, and do cut and welds at all locations. We make cable assemblies at four of our locations. All locations meet Aeroquip's requirements for hose assembly certification. We also provide custom solutions for our local customers as needed. |

| We have a number of affiliates who provide support in areas where we are not located. They receive training and have access to our technical and engineering support. Our affiliates are located in the Caribbean, Central America, and Florida. |
