Astrid Mozes, Senior V.P. of Eaton’s Power and Motion Control Division visited with us in our Sunrise location for the very first time. It was truly a pleasure and extremely enlightening to pepper her with questions about Vision of where Eaton PMC is headed. Without a second’s hesitation here answer was simply “where others AREN’T”. Astrid refuses to be an “us too” provider. She sees Eaton providing the very best interfacing of electronic controls and pumps and motors in an open system that will allow Eaton and HSC to EARN the entire project as opposed to limiting the customer’s choices. As we wrote a few months back, Eaton joined forces with Linde and formed the DuraForce line. This fills a gap with a quality product that works at pressures currently not available in the Eaton medium duty products.
