Question by: Ray A on Oct 2, 2025, 5:07 PM
flow rate on this one is listed at 80 liters per minute -- is that enough for press applications or is it on the low end for that kind of work?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 4, 2025, 8:52 AM
For press applications, 80 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate and falls well within the range these valves are built to handle. Press systems are actually one of the listed application types for this valve, so it's not a stretch to use it there. Whether it's sufficient for your specific setup depends on your circuit demands, but the valve itself isn't the limiting factor for typical press work.

got a setup that needs a 3 or 4 way directional valve, is this Vickers unit the right kind of valve?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 25, 2025, 8:07 PM
Built as a single-stage directional control valve, it falls in the three or four-way style and is meant for easy mounting on industry-standard surfaces.
