VICKERS DGMFN 3 Y A2W 41

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DGMFN 3 Y A2W 41 is a SystemStak directional control valve from Eaton Vickers, rated for flow up to 60 litres per minute. Its stacked valve architecture reduces installation costs by eliminating the need for additional manifold work and external fittings, while also minimising potential leak paths. Nitrile seals contribute to reliable, contamination-resistant performance across a broad range of hydraulic fluids.

Suited to a wide range of heavy-duty industrial environments, this valve sees use in machine tool systems, press and primary metal applications, die casting and foundry equipment, marine and offshore installations, turbine control systems, and test and simulation rigs. The design supports contamination resistance, making it a practical choice where fluid cleanliness and system reliability are priorities.

Question by: Connie W on Apr 18, 2025, 7:31 AM
flow rate on this one, is it 60 LPM? trying to match what we pulled off the old press setup
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 19, 2025, 7:58 AM
Correct, 60 litres per minute is the rated flow for this valve. That puts it in a reasonable range for press applications, which is actually one of the listed uses for this model alongside machine tool and die casting work. If your old setup ran at or under that threshold, you should be in good shape matching it here.

Wondering if this'll fit on my older Vickers system? I've got a DGMFN-3 stack, but not sure about the "41" part.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 13, 2025, 8:50 AM
Designed as part of the Vickers/Eaton DGMFN-3 41 SystemStak valve line, it should be a direct fit if your existing valve carries that designation. Always a good idea to double-check the part number on your old unit, though.
