VICKERS-DG4V 3 2CV M U1 H7 60

Description & Features

Designed for three- or four-way directional control in demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DG4V 3 2CV M U1 H7 60 is a single-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 80 litres per minute. With a 30-watt solenoid and Buna-N seals, it suits a broad range of hydraulic fluid compatibility requirements in high-cycle environments.

Mounting follows industry-standard surface patterns, simplifying integration into new or existing systems. Suitable applications include machine tools, presses, die casting and foundry equipment, primary metal and paper processing, marine and offshore installations, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control systems, covering wind, steam, and water turbine variants. The Vickers model range offers extensive configuration options to match varied circuit requirements across these sectors.

got a setup that needs three-way directional control, but sometimes we run it as four-way too. is this valve meant for that kind of switching?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 15, 2026, 7:05 AM
Built for three or four way directional control, it fits circuits that need that style of spool function in industrial hydraulic systems.
Question by: Phil P on Mar 4, 2026, 12:26 PM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 LPM -- that enough for a press circuit runnin pretty hard, or is that gonna be cutting it close?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 6, 2026, 6:21 AM
For most press applications, 80 litres per minute gives you solid working headroom. High-cycle press circuits can push that ceiling, so if your system is consistently running near peak demand, it's worth sizing up. For moderate to heavy press duty that stays within that flow range, this valve handles it without issue. The DG4V series was built with press environments in mind, so the hardware itself is up to the task.
