VICKERS-DG4V 3 52C VM U H7 60

Description & Features

Designed for three- or four-way directional control in demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG4V 3 52C VM U H7 60 is a single-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 80 litres per minute. With a solenoid wattage of 30W and Buna-N seals, it is suited for use with standard hydraulic fluids across a wide range of operating conditions.

Mounting follows industry-standard D03 interface patterns, making integration straightforward in new or existing hydraulic circuits. Application coverage is broad, spanning machine tool, press, primary metal, marine and offshore, die casting and foundry, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control, including wind, steam, and water turbine systems. The extensive model range within the DG4V-3 series allows precise configuration matching across varied system requirements.

Product Questions & Answers (3)

Question by: Tommy C on Jul 19, 2025, 6:31 AM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 LPM -- that enough for a standard press circuit running moderate duty?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 20, 2025, 3:19 PM
For most press applications running at moderate demand, 80 litres per minute is solid. That puts it well within the working range of typical mid-sized press circuits without pushing the valve near its ceiling. The D03 mounting interface also means dropping it into an existing circuit is usually pretty clean, no custom porting or adapter plates needed in most setups.

Wondering what kind of machines this valve is typically hooked up to?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 29, 2025, 3:44 PM
Application-wise, you'll find these used in die casting and foundries, machine tools, marine and offshore equipment, presses, primary metal production, paper mills, test equipment, simulation setups, and turbine control systems, including wind, steam, and water turbines.

got a manifold drilled for D03, will this DG4V-3 valve bolt right up or am I gonna be fighting it
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 17, 2025, 7:31 PM
For mounting, it follows the industry standard D03 interface pattern, so it is meant to bolt onto standard D03 mounting surfaces without any special adapter work.
