Question by: Ross K on Sep 27, 2025, 10:29 AM
flow rate on this one says 80 liters per minute -- is that gonna hold up runnin it on die casting equipment or is that pushin the limits of what it's rated for?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 28, 2025, 12:24 PM
80 liters per minute is well within what this valve handles, and die casting is actually one of the listed applications it was built around. So you're not pushing any limits there. The three- or four-way directional control also gives you the flexibility most die casting setups need when you're switching flow paths under load.

Reckon this valve will hold up in a marine environment, seein' as how I'm fixin' to use it offshore?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 18, 2025, 6:29 AM
This Vickers valve is well-suited for marine and offshore applications, along with die casting, machine tooling, and turbine control. It's built to handle demanding industrial environments.
