Designed for demanding industrial fluid power applications, the Vickers DG5V56CTMUH710 is a two-stage directional control valve offering three- or four-way directional control at flow rates up to 160 litres per minute. With a solenoid rated at 30 watts and Buna-N seals, it is well suited for environments requiring reliable performance and consistent seal integrity across a range of hydraulic media.
This valve mounts on industry-standard surfaces, simplifying integration into existing hydraulic circuits across a wide range of industries. Supported applications include machine tool, press, primary metal, die casting and foundry, marine and offshore, turbine control, covering wind, steam, and water, as well as test equipment and simulation. No special features are noted, making this a straightforward, production-grade directional control solution from the Vickers line.

Product Questions & Answers (3)
Question by: Wade M on Sep 11, 2025, 8:47 PM
flow rate on this thing goes up to 160 LPM, that enough for press or die casting work?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 13, 2025, 9:47 AM
For both of those applications, yes, 160 litres per minute puts it well within range. Press and die casting are explicitly listed as supported uses for this valve, so you're not pushing it into territory it wasn't built for. The two-stage design also helps manage that kind of demand without sacrificing directional control reliability.

Need to swap out an old directional valve, is this DG5V56CTMUH710 the kind that bolts up to a standard mounting surface?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 6, 2025, 5:41 PM
Built to mount on industry standard surfaces, it is meant to drop into common directional valve mounting patterns without needing a custom adapter.
Question by: Troy C on May 3, 2025, 10:23 AM
Will this valve fit standard hydraulic setups without needing a bunch of adapters?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 4, 2025, 1:59 PM
Easily mountable on industry-standard surfaces, this directional control valve simplifies integration into existing hydraulic circuits.
