trying to swap out an old directional valve, is this one the cetop 7 subplate mounted style?

flow rate on this valve is listed at 160 liters per minute -- is that enough for press or primary metals work, or is it more suited to lighter duty stuff?

For press and primary metals applications, 160 liters per minute is a solid working capacity. Those are actually listed use cases for this valve, so it's not just capable on paper.
