Question by: Ralph C on Sep 23, 2025, 9:37 AM
Is this valve a direct replacement for a DG4V-3-60?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 24, 2025, 2:46 PM
Designed for directional control, the DG4V 3 56C M U G7 60 should be a suitable replacement if your existing valve matches that part number. Be sure to confirm all specs before installation.

got a directional valve spot on a machine tool. is this one a single-stage solenoid valve and what kinda control does it do
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 11, 2025, 6:49 AM
Built as a single-stage solenoid directional control valve, it handles three-way or four-way directional control for hydraulic circuits where you want consistent, repeatable shifting.
Question by: Gene S on Nov 10, 2025, 8:43 AM
Flow rate on this one says 80 litres per minute, that enough for a press application or is it gonna be cutting it close?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 11, 2025, 12:47 PM
For most press circuits, 80 litres per minute gives you solid headroom. Press applications are listed right in the intended use for this valve, so it's not a stretch to say it was built with that kind of demand in mind. Whether it's cutting it close really comes down to your specific circuit design and peak flow requirements, but the rating itself is well within the range commonly used in press hydraulics.
