Designed for demanding industrial environments, the DG4V-3-2A-M-U-H7-60-EN38 is a directional control valve from Danfoss Power Solutions, engineered as a low-leakage, high head loss version with a rated flow of 80 litres per minute and a solenoid wattage of 30W. low leakage sounds good, but what’s it actually leak at pressure?

For the low leakage spool design on this valve, typical internal leakage is 5 ml/min per land at 100 bar, which is called out as about half of a standard valve.
