Question by: Marvin B on Feb 25, 2026, 11:01 AM
flow rate on this one is listed at 80 liters per minute -- is that enough for press and die casting work or is it on the low end for those applications?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 27, 2026, 6:32 AM
For press and die casting setups, 80 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate that fits right in the range those machines typically run. Both applications show up on the approved use list for this valve, so it's not a stretch to put it there. Just make sure your system demand doesn't push past that 80 LPM ceiling, because exceeding the rated flow can cause pressure drop issues and wear the valve faster than it should.

trying to swap out a directional valve, is this one a three-way or four-way deal
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 20, 2025, 9:16 AM
Function-wise, it provides three- or four-way directional control, so it fits systems that need either of those directional schemes.
