Flow rate on this one is listed at 80 litres per minute, that enough for a mid-size press circuit, or are we gonna be pushing it too hard?

For a mid-size press application, 80 litres per minute is a solid working capacity. This valve is actually listed with press equipment as one of its core application areas, so it's well within its intended use. As long as your system demand stays at or below that flow ceiling, you're in good shape.
