Vickers DG4V 3 2AL H M U B6

Description & Features

Designed for versatile directional control in demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG4V 3 2AL H M U B6 is a single-stage, solenoid-operated directional control valve suited to a wide range of hydraulic circuit configurations. It supports both three- and four-way directional control functions and is rated for flow up to 80 litres per minute, making it applicable across medium-duty hydraulic systems.

Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility in standard hydraulic media. The valve mounts on industry-standard sub-plate surfaces, simplifying integration into existing machine configurations. Suitable applications span machine tools, presses, die casting and foundry equipment, marine and offshore installations, primary metal and paper processing machinery, turbine control systems, and test and simulation equipment. No special features are designated for this configuration.

Question by: Jerry B on Apr 18, 2025, 9:28 PM
mounting this on an existing sub-plate setup we already got running, will it drop right in without needing to modify anything?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 20, 2025, 10:44 AM
Sub-plate mounting is standard on this valve, so if your existing surface follows industry-standard dimensions, you should be good to go without any rework. It's built to fit into common machine configurations without custom adaptation, which makes swapping it in or adding it to an existing circuit pretty straightforward.

got a medium-duty hydraulic setup, what kinda flow can this DG4V 3 valve handle?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 18, 2025, 2:16 PM
For performance, it is rated up to 80 litres per minute, which puts it in a good range for a lot of medium-duty hydraulic circuits.
