got a tight spot on a manifold, how wide is this DG4V valve?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 27, 2025, 9:08 PM
Compact mounting is one of the nice parts of this valve. The body width is 1.8 inches, so it fits better where space is limited.

Will this work okay for a hydraulic press application?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 13, 2025, 6:20 AM
It's suitable for presses, along with die casting, foundry work, machine tools, marine/offshore systems, primary metal processing, paper manufacturing, test equipment, simulation, and turbine control.
Question by: Janice S on Apr 3, 2026, 6:02 PM
got a press setup running 80 lpm and been hunting for a directional valve that'll keep up without a bunch of fuss on mounting, this the right kind of part for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 5, 2026, 6:25 AM
For press applications at that flow rate, this valve fits right in. It handles up to 80 liters per minute and is built to mount on industry-standard surfaces, so fitting it into an existing setup usually isn't a major ordeal. Presses are actually one of the listed application types for this valve, so you're in the right territory.
