VICKERS DG4V 3 6B M U D6 60

Description & Features

Designed for three- or four-way directional flow control in demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG4V 3 6B M U D6 60 is a single-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 80 litres per minute. Buna-N seals provide reliable performance across a broad range of hydraulic fluids, and the valve mounts readily on industry-standard surfaces, simplifying integration into existing hydraulic circuits.

This valve suits a wide range of applications, including machine tool systems, press equipment, die casting and foundry machinery, primary metal and paper processing, marine and offshore installations, turbine control systems, and test and simulation equipment. With thousands of model configurations available in the DG4V-3 series, it accommodates a broad spectrum of system requirements across heavy industrial sectors.

Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Wes G on Nov 5, 2025, 9:24 PM
flow rate on this valve -- is 80 liters per minute the max it'll handle, or is that just a typical operating figure?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 7, 2025, 6:40 AM
80 litres per minute is the rated flow for this valve. Running at or below that keeps things operating as intended. Pushing past that threshold on a regular basis puts wear on the internals faster than it should, so treat it as a ceiling rather than a suggestion.
Question by: Joyce M on Jun 2, 2025, 9:52 AM
Will this valve work alright on a standard machine tool application?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 3, 2025, 5:39 PM
This Vickers directional control valve is indeed suitable for machine tool applications, as well as die casting, foundry, marine, offshore, press, primary metal, paper, test equipment, simulation, and turbine control uses.
