Product Questions & Answers (3)
Question by: Randy E on Nov 23, 2025, 5:54 PM
Flow rating on this one says 380 litres per minute, that enough muscle for a heavy press application or are we pushing the limits there?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 25, 2025, 10:23 AM
For press applications, 380 litres per minute is a solid capacity. Press systems are one of the listed application types for this valve, alongside primary metal and die casting work, so it's built with that kind of demand in mind. Whether your specific press setup stays within that ceiling depends on your system's actual flow requirements, but the valve isn't some light-duty unit being stretched beyond its design.

Will this here valve work alright in a die casting setup, or is it more for other stuff?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 17, 2025, 6:28 AM
Designed for industrial hydraulic systems, this directional control valve is well-suited to die casting and foundry applications, among others like machine tool, press, and marine environments.
Question by: Kurt R on Oct 5, 2025, 8:41 PM
got a system that sees around 380 lpm, is this valve gonna be the bottleneck?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 7, 2025, 6:25 AM
For flow capacity, it is rated up to 380 litres per minute, so that is the top end of what it is built to handle.
