VICKERS CV2 20 P 16T 5

Description & Features

Designed for demanding mobile and industrial environments, the VICKERS CV2 20 P 16T 5 is a poppet-style check valve rated to 350 bar (5,000 psi) with a maximum flow capacity of 227 L/min (60 USgpm). The poppet design supports reliable backflow prevention with low spring settings that contribute to high operational efficiency across a wide range of system pressures.

Suited for use in harvesters, refuse haulers, and general industrial hydraulic circuits, this valve features a 3/8" port size and is part of the Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton CV2-20 series. It is also referenced by alternate part number CV220P16T5.

got a CV220P16T5 on the old valve, is that the same thing as this Vickers CV2 20 P 16T 5?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 25, 2025, 8:08 AM
For part matching, CV220P16T5 is listed as an alternate part number for the VICKERS CV2 20 P 16T 5, so they refer to the same valve.

Got a harvester that's been giving me grief with backflow issues. Would this Vickers CV2-20 check valve hold up in that kind of application?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 11, 2025, 7:46 AM
Harvesters are actually one of the listed applications for this valve, so you're in the right place. It's a poppet-style check valve, which means backflow prevention is exactly what it's built around. Rated to 350 bar (5,000 psi) with a max flow of 227 L/min (60 USgpm), it should handle the pressure demands you'd typically see in harvester hydraulic circuits without breaking a sweat.
