VICKERS SV1 10 3 0 24DW

Description & Features

Designed for demanding mobile and industrial environments, the Vickers SV1 10 3 0 24DW is a 3-way, 2-position solenoid valve rated for pressures up to 350 bar (5,000 psi) with a flow rate of 23 litres per minute. Operating on 24V DC, it suits applications where reliable directional control is required in compact installations.

Built with hardened and ground steel construction, this valve delivers consistent performance in high-cycle applications such as harvesters and refuse haulers, as well as broader mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits. Its economical design makes it a practical choice where space and budget constraints are both considerations, without sacrificing pressure handling capability.

got a harvester that keeps chewing through solenoid valves and i need something that'll hold up at high cycle counts, this 24DW rated for that kind of work?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 30, 2025, 6:40 AM
Harvesters are actually one of the named applications for this valve, so it's built with that kind of punishment in mind. The hardened and ground steel construction is what makes the difference in high-cycle environments. Softer internals wear out fast when a valve is opening and closing hundreds of times a day, and this one is put together to resist that kind of fatigue. Running at up to 350 bar, it's not going to be the weak link in your system.

Will this here valve work okay on a grain harvester?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 18, 2025, 6:08 AM
This Vickers valve is often found on harvesters, as well as refuse trucks, and various industrial hydraulic systems. It's built to handle the pressure demands of those applications.
