VICKERS DPS2 10 P F 0 40

Description & Features

Designed for demanding mobile and industrial applications, the Vickers DPS2 10 P F 0 40 is a spool-style logic element suited for use in harvesters, refuse haulers, and a broad range of industrial hydraulic circuits. Rated to 350 bar (5,000 psi) with a flow capacity of 60 litres per minute, it handles high-pressure duty in compact valve configurations.

As part of the Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton DPS2-10 series, this logic element supports efficient circuit design by reducing the number of components required in the valve block. The spool construction allows precise flow control, making it a practical choice for engineers working on mobile machinery or industrial equipment where space and performance are both considerations.

Question by: Shane D on Sep 8, 2025, 9:17 PM
What kind of machines would this Vickers valve work in?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 10, 2025, 6:12 AM
This Vickers DPS2 logic element is good for mobile and industrial applications. Think harvesters, refuse trucks, and other hydraulic setups in factories and on equipment that moves.

got a tight valve block on a mobile rig. what’s this DPS2-10 part meant to do anyway
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 4, 2025, 7:48 AM
In a compact hydraulic valve block, a DPS2-10 spool style logic element is used as a building block to control flow in the circuit while helping cut down how many separate components you need in the manifold.
Question by: Dwight A on Apr 24, 2025, 9:03 AM
what's the max pressure this logic element is rated for? got a circuit running pretty close to 5000 psi and need to make sure it holds up
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 25, 2025, 1:13 PM
Rated at 350 bar, which works out to 5,000 psi, so you're right at the top of its pressure range. That rating is built for demanding duty, and the spool-style construction is what gives it the precision control you need when operating that close to the limit. Just make sure your circuit is clean and the valve block is sized appropriately for that kind of load.
