What kind of machines does this pressure control valve work with? I'm thinking about putting it on my harvester.

Designed for use in demanding environments, this Vickers RV10 pressure control valve is often used in harvesters, refuse haulers, and other mobile and industrial applications.
Question by: Brett R on Apr 1, 2026, 2:56 PM
got a harvester that keeps spiking pressure and blowing seals, would the RV10 handle that kind of work or is it more of a light duty valve?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 2, 2026, 3:05 PM
Harvesters are actually one of the listed applications for this valve, so it's built with that kind of environment in mind. The pressure rating comes in at 350 bar, which is 5000 psi, and the poppet style construction is part of what makes it reliable under those conditions. That style of internal design tends to hold up well against pressure fluctuations rather than bleeding off gradually. At a flow capacity of 38 liters per minute, it should fit into most harvester hydraulic circuits without restriction issues.
