Product Questions & Answers (3)

Question by: Duane C on Oct 13, 2025, 8:36 PM
Flow rate on this one says 95 litres per minute, is that enough to handle a press application without restricting the circuit?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 15, 2025, 7:07 AM
For most press circuits, 95 litres per minute is a solid working capacity. The DG4S4 012A U B 60 LH is listed specifically for press applications, so it's sized with those demands in mind. As long as your system's flow requirements fall within that ceiling, you shouldn't run into restriction issues under normal operating conditions.

got a setup that needs a three or four way directional valve, is this DG4S4 meant for that kind of job?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 19, 2025, 5:44 PM
Built for three or four way directional control, it’s a single stage directional control valve used in tougher industrial hydraulic circuits where you need reliable shifting of flow paths.

Reckon this valve'll hold up okay in a marine environment, or is it more for shop floors?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 23, 2025, 7:58 AM
Designed for reliable directional control, this Vickers valve is often found in marine and offshore installations, so it should serve you well.
