Vickers DG4S4 010C G 60 S324

Description & Features

Designed for three- or four-way directional control in demanding hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DG4S4 010C G 60 S324 is a single-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 95 litres per minute. Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across a wide range of hydraulic media, and the valve mounts on industry-standard subplate surfaces for straightforward integration into existing manifold arrangements.

Well-suited to high-cycle and precision-critical environments, this valve sees regular use in machine tool, press, die casting and foundry, primary metal processing, marine and offshore, turbine control, and test equipment applications. The broad model range within the Dg4s4 series means this configuration can be matched closely to specific circuit requirements without over-specifying.

Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Troy P on May 4, 2025, 6:47 PM
Flow rate on this one shows 95 litres per minute, that enough headroom for a press application runnin pretty hard cycles?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 6, 2025, 6:54 AM
For press work, 95 litres per minute gives you solid capacity. The DG4S4 series is actually called out specifically for press applications, along with die casting, machine tool, and similar high-demand environments. High-cycle use is something this valve is built around, so if your circuit is running hard and often, that's exactly the kind of duty it was put together for.

Reckon this'll fit right onto a standard manifold setup?
