Flow rate on this one says 95 liters per minute, that enough to run a decent-sized press circuit without choking out?

For most press applications, 95 liters per minute gives you solid headroom. That puts it well within the working range for mid-to-large press circuits, and the three- or four-way directional control means you can route flow the way your system needs it without adding extra components. Die casting and primary metal setups run on this valve family for exactly that reason.
