Been looking at this pump for a dump truck application. Does the cast iron housing hold up alright in that kinda environment, or is that gonna be a weak point?

Cast iron is actually one of the better choices for that type of work. It handles vibration and mechanical stress better than aluminum housings, which matters a lot on equipment that sees rough terrain and heavy load cycles. The Buna-N seals are a solid pairing with cast iron for general hydraulic fluid compatibility, so you're not looking at a weak point there. The 35V series was built with demanding environments in mind, and dump truck operation is one of the listed applications for this pump.
