Vickers DG4S4LW 012B D 60 LH

Description & Features

Designed for three- or four-way directional control in demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG4S4LW 012B D 60 LH is a single-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 95 litres per minute. Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across a broad range of hydraulic media, and the valve mounts directly to industry-standard surfaces without additional adaptation.

This valve is well-suited to a wide range of industrial applications, including machine tool, press, primary metal and paper, die casting and foundry, marine and offshore, turbine control, and test and simulation equipment. The breadth of compatible applications reflects a design built for consistent directional control performance across varying duty cycles and system demands.

Question by: Shawn M on May 18, 2025, 4:28 PM
got a system that needs 3 or 4 way directional control, is this valve the right kind of unit for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 19, 2025, 7:47 PM
Built for three or four way directional control, the DG4S4LW 012B D 60 LH is a single stage directional control valve meant for tougher industrial hydraulic service.
Question by: Johnny W on Nov 24, 2025, 7:57 AM
Would this fit on standard industrial mounting surfaces, or do I need some kind of adapter?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 25, 2025, 11:20 AM
It mounts directly to industry-standard surfaces, so you shouldn't need any adapter.
Question by: Randy H on Apr 17, 2025, 8:15 PM
Flow rate on this thing is listed at 95 litres per minute, that enough for a press application running pretty hard?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 18, 2025, 8:18 PM
For press applications, 95 litres per minute gives you solid capacity for most single-actuator setups running standard duty cycles. This valve is specifically called out as suitable for press use, so it's been built with that kind of demand in mind. Just make sure your system flow requirements don't push past that 95 LPM ceiling, and you should be in good shape.
