flow rate on this valve is listed at 95 LPM -- is that enough for a standard press application or do i need to go bigger?

For most press setups, 95 litres per minute is a solid working range. The DG4S4 series was built with press applications in mind, so that flow capacity fits right in with what those systems typically demand. If your press circuit runs at or under that threshold, you're in good shape with this valve.
