Product Questions & Answers (2)
Question by: Pete A on Oct 7, 2025, 3:57 PM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 95 LPM -- is that enough for a standard press application or do i need to go bigger?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 9, 2025, 6:09 AM
For most press setups, 95 litres per minute is a solid working range. The DG4S4 series was built with press applications in mind, so that flow capacity fits right in with what those systems typically demand. If your press circuit runs at or under that threshold, you're in good shape with this valve.

What kinda machines would I use this valve on?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 14, 2025, 2:54 PM
These Vickers directional control valves work in a wide variety of applications, including die casting, machine tools, marine/offshore equipment, presses, metal production, paper mills, test equipment, turbine control, and simulation setups.
