Rated for flow up to 95 litres per minute with Viton seals, the Vickers F3 DG4S4 012C U B 60 is a single-stage directional control valve designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits. It supports three- or four-way directional control configurations and mounts directly onto industry-standard subplate surfaces, simplifying integration into existing system layouts.
Suited to a broad range of industrial settings, this valve is commonly applied in machine tool, press, primary metal, marine and offshore, die casting and foundry, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control applications. The 35-watt coil rating and Viton seal construction make it a practical choice where fluid compatibility and consistent performance are priorities across varied operating environments.

Question by: Scott W on Mar 15, 2026, 12:00 PM
what applications is this valve typically used in?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 17, 2026, 9:14 AM
Foundry and die casting use, press systems, marine and offshore equipment, turbine control setups, and machine tool applications are all common homes for this valve. Primary metals, paper processing, and test simulation rigs are also on that list. It covers a pretty wide range of industrial work, so it fits into a lot of different plant environments without much trouble.
Question by: Ross R on Nov 6, 2025, 2:24 PM
Can this valve handle the kinda flow rates we see in our die casting setup? We push around a good bit of fluid.
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 7, 2025, 7:54 PM
For die casting applications, this Vickers valve handles a flow rate of 95 liters per minute.
