Question by: Eddie G on Jun 3, 2025, 6:34 AM
flow rate on this one goes up to 227 litres per minute, that right? trying to figure out if it'll keep up with what we got running on the line
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 5, 2025, 6:59 AM
Yeah, 227 litres per minute is the rated flow capacity on this valve. If your circuit stays within that range, it should handle the demand without issue. It's built for pressure relief and regulation work, so as long as you're using it to limit circuit pressure to a set maximum, that flow rating is what you've got to work with.
Question by: Jimmy L on Mar 30, 2026, 9:05 PM
got a circuit that keeps spikin pressure, is this valve meant to cap it at a set max?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 1, 2026, 2:19 PM
For circuits where you need to hold pressure to a defined maximum, this is an adjustable pressure relief and regulating valve. You set it up to limit the circuit pressure, which helps keep system performance consistent when loads or conditions change.
Question by: Debbie T on Sep 6, 2025, 9:55 PM
Is this valve suitable for hydraulic systems where the pressure needs to be precisely controlled, like it says in the description?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 8, 2025, 12:50 PM
Absolutely. Designed for hydraulic circuits, this Vickers valve provides adjustable pressure relief and regulation to limit the pressure to a desired maximum.
