flow rate on this one is listed at 454 litres per minute -- is that enough for medium to high volume industrial circuits or is it pushing the upper limit of what this valve handles comfortably?

got a circuit that needs a hard pressure cap. is this CT5 valve meant to act like a relief valve or is it more of a regulator?
