Product Questions & Answers (3)
Question by: Pete E on Sep 5, 2025, 3:13 PM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 94 LPM, that enough to handle a press application without startin to bog down?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 7, 2025, 8:34 AM
For most press setups, 94 litres per minute is a solid working capacity. The DG5S4 series is rated for press applications directly, so you're not pushing it outside its intended use. As long as your system demand stays within that flow ceiling, you should get consistent directional control without pressure drop issues dragging down cycle times.

got a hydraulic setup that needs a two stage directional valve, is this one a 3-way or 4-way deal
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 25, 2025, 6:22 AM
Function-wise, it’s a two stage directional control valve in the DG5S4-04 60 design family, and it’s built for three-way or four-way directional control depending on the specific model configuration.
