flow rate on this one says 227 liters per minute, is that enough for most standard hydraulic relief setups or is that on the lower end?

For a pressure control valve in this class, 227 liters per minute is a solid working capacity. Most industrial hydraulic circuits running relief or pressure-limiting duties won't push anywhere near that ceiling under normal conditions, so you've got good headroom there. It's not a low-end rating by any stretch.
