Question by: Kurt R on Jun 24, 2025, 6:47 AM
Flow rate on this one is listed at 94 liters per minute. that gonna hold up runnin a press or some heavier machine tool work, or is that more of a light-duty number?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 26, 2025, 6:46 AM
For press and machine tool applications, 94 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate. This valve is specifically listed for those environments, along with primary metal processing and die casting, so it's not a light-duty unit by any stretch. At 30 watts it runs efficiently, and the nitrile seals hold up well against the kind of fluid conditions you'd expect in those settings. It's built to handle the demands those applications put on a directional control valve.

got a machine tool setup that needs a directional valve, would this one be a decent fit or is it more for foundry stuff
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 4, 2025, 2:33 PM
For machine tools, this valve is a solid match since it is built as a directional control valve for demanding industrial equipment and it is specifically called out for machine tool use along with die casting and foundry work. It also supports three or four way directional control and is rated at 94 liters per minute flow, so it fits systems that need that kind of flow and control.
