Flow rate on this one says 227 litres per minute, is that enough for most mid-size hydraulic setups, or is it more of a high-capacity valve?

For a good chunk of mid-size industrial hydraulic circuits, 227 litres per minute is plenty of headroom. That kind of flow capacity puts it well above what a lot of standard pressure control applications actually pull in normal operation, so you're not likely to be bumping up against its limits in everyday use. Where it really earns its keep is in systems where flow demand can spike and you still need consistent pressure management without the valve becoming a bottleneck.
