got a 25V series setup already, is this F3 25V14A gonna bolt up the same or am i asking for trouble

cast iron build on this one, does that hold up alright in high-cycle industrial work, or is it more of a light-duty unit?

Cast iron construction is exactly what you want for high-cycle environments. It handles the mechanical stress and heat that builds up in demanding setups far better than aluminum housings do. This pump was built with those conditions in mind, and the applications it's rated for, things like metal cutting and plastic injection molding, back that up. Those are not light-duty environments by any stretch.
