Designed for demanding industrial applications, the Vickers F3 25V21A 1A22R is a cast iron vane pump from the Vickers 25V Series, engineered for consistent performance across a range of hydraulic systems. Its innovative intra-vane cartridge design contributes to reduced operating noise and excellent volumetric efficiency, both key considerations in high-cycle or precision-sensitive environments.
With a flow rate of approximately 121 litres per minute and Viton seal construction, this pump is well-suited for fluid compatibility and durability in applications including metal cutting machinery, plastic injection molding, dump trucks, wheel loaders, and oil and gas equipment.

got a hydraulic setup that’s kinda picky about noise. is this 25V series pump one of the quieter ones or nah
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 15, 2025, 3:38 PM
For noise-sensitive systems, the intra-vane cartridge design on this Vickers 25V Series pump is meant to help reduce operating noise while still keeping good volumetric efficiency.

I'm looking to replace an old pump on a piece of metal cutting equipment, will this Vickers F3 25V21A 1A22R work?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 7, 2026, 6:34 AM
This Vickers vane pump is designed for metal cutting machinery, along with plastic injection molding, oil and gas equipment, dump trucks, and wheel loaders. So, it could be a suitable replacement depending on your system's requirements.
Question by: Larry R on Jul 18, 2025, 6:04 PM
Flow rate on this one is listed around 121 liters a minute, is that about right for running a wheel loader hydraulic system, or would that be too much pump for most setups?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 20, 2025, 8:59 AM
For a wheel loader application, 121 liters per minute is well within the working range of what those machines typically demand. The 25V series was built with exactly that kind of mobile equipment in mind, so you're not overpumping the system. The cast iron housing handles the mechanical stress those environments throw at it, and the Viton seals hold up well against the fluid types common in that kind of equipment.
